The Setup

What's Settled

The league is up, all twelve are in, and the rules are done. It runs on Sleeper, which is free, works on every phone, and lets this page pull live standings once the season starts. Twelve teams, standard redraft. Everybody starts from nothing in year one.

Two of those are not the standard ones, so read them before you draft. No PPR means nobody gets a point for catching the ball, at any position, which is unusual and reverses most advice you will find online. FAAB means players are won by blind bidding out of a $125 season budget, twice a week, rather than picked up whenever you feel like it. Both are explained properly in The Playbook.
The nine starting spots, and the seven that are anybody's. The nine starters are 1 QB, 2 RB, 1 flex (RB, WR or TE), 3 WR/TE, 1 kicker and 1 defense. The other seven roster spots are the bench, and the bench has no position rules: any seven players you want. Nobody is required to carry a backup quarterback, kicker or defense. Four wide receivers and three running backs is a perfectly legal bench. Asked by Brian, answered straight from the league settings.
The Roster

Twelve Spots

Twelve, filled on the first ask. Twelve is even on purpose: an odd league means somebody draws a bye every single week, which gets old by October. Co-managers put two names on one team, which is how the youngest get to play without needing their own accounts.

12 of 12 claimed. The league is full. All five founders are in it, and so are five families: Nardella, Lockard, Zarallo, McGregor, McElwee.

Draft Night

It Happened

Sunday, August 30, six o'clock. Twelve managers, sixteen rounds, 192 picks in 59 minutes: the sixty-second pick clock did exactly what it was put there to do. It ran as a snake, so every even round ran backwards, and this was the order everybody drafted from:

Where It Actually Stands

This reads straight from Sleeper every time the page loads. Nothing here is typed in by hand, so it cannot go stale.

The Matchups

Who plays whom, straight from Sleeper for the current week. The scores fill in as the games are played, so during a Sunday this page is worth a refresh.

Unfinished Business

Still To Settle

The roster is full, the rules are locked, the draft order is drawn and draft night is on the calendar. Two things are still open, and they are on this page precisely so they stop being forgotten.

The league itself is finished. What is left is the two questions above. Twelve managers signed in, roster and scoring locked, waivers set, and the draft is done, all sixteen rounds of it, in under an hour. The panels above read live from Sleeper, so the matchups and the standings both come straight out of the app, and anybody can follow along without opening it.
